Marie grew up in County Durham in the North East (that’s why she talks like that). She’s always worked in jobs she loved, mainly for Christian Charites. She was a Churchwarden and very involved in a lovely church when people started asking when she was going to be a vicar. She went to Durham University to train during the COVID pandemic. She comes to Radcliffe from three years as a curate in Walkden and Little Hulton. This is her first post as Rector and she encounters new challenges every day. She is loving getting to know the people of Radcliffe, baptising their children, sharing in the joy of their weddings, being with them for the funerals of their loved ones and worshiping with them week by week.
